New customers must have their account screened for fraud before we can allow the purchase to go through. This verification process generally takes a few minutes. However in some instances it can take a few hours, particularly if you ordered during non-business hours. The fraud verification process applies to new customers ONLY. Once a customer is cleared, his pins will always be delivered to him instantly.
